Lost in Shipping
Any orders lost during shipping will not be the Store’s (Culture Fresh's) responsibility.
Shipping Responsibility on Returns
The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.
All of the Store’s (Culture Fresh's) orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.
The Store (Culture Fresh) does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. The Store (Culture Fresh) ships most orders within 2 business days of confirmation of order.
The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
