Shipping policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note, some of the products are final sale and cannot be returned. You can find information for the same in the product description for each product.
Lost in Shipping
Any orders lost during shipping will not be the Store’s (Culture Fresh's) responsibility.
Shipping Responsibility on Returns
The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.

All of the Store’s (Culture Fresh's) orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.
The Store (Culture Fresh) does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Some items are made on order, and may have longer than usual waiting time. Please contact us to know more!
